What to write about
- Corrections. A state rate that has changed, a rule we have described wrongly, a number that does not add up. Include the state and, if you have it, a link to the official source.
- Broken pages. Tell us the URL and what you saw.
- Press and data questions. We are happy to explain the methodology.
What we cannot help with
- Claiming a prize, checking a ticket, or recovering a lost ticket — contact the state lottery that sold it.
- Individual tax or legal advice. We are not licensed to give it, and a site cannot see your full situation.
- Buying, selling or valuing an annuity. Speak to a licensed adviser and get competing quotes.
Response time
Corrections are usually handled within a few business days. We do not run a support desk, so please keep messages specific — a URL and a sentence is enough.
Beware of anyone claiming to be us
We will never email you about a prize, never ask for a fee, and never ask for bank details or a copy of your ticket. Any message that does is fraud.
